Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Mine application ("Application") provided by Igor Vedeneev ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Mine is a bookmark manager application that allows you to save, organize, and read content from the web and other applications. The Application offers both free and premium (paid) features.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Application require a paid subscription ("Pro"). The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings
• A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of the Application includes limited access to AI-powered features. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Igor Vedeneev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code
• Create derivative works based on the Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you save to the Application (bookmarks, notes, tags, and folders). By using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you save does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Copyright Infringement Claims

The Service Provider respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content saved, cached, or displayed through the Application (such as a page thumbnail, title, or description) infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@minehq.app including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or other specific location within the Application where the material is located
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid notice, the Service Provider will remove or disable access to the reported material. Users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others may have their account terminated in accordance with Section 13 (Termination).

8. AI Features

The Application uses artificial intelligence to suggest folders and tags for your bookmarks. AI suggestions are provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate. The Service Provider is not responsible for any errors in AI-generated suggestions.

When you use AI features, limited bookmark data (URL, title, and description) is transmitted to third-party AI providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its infrastructure
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Application's operation

10. Disclaimers

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider does not guarantee that:

• The Application will be available at all times or free of errors
• Saved content will be preserved indefinitely in the event of technical failure
• AI suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for your needs

The Service Provider recommends maintaining your own backups of important content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including loss of data or content.

12. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

13. Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. All your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
